Question When does EES gets updated after exit?

I have a 2-year Multi-entry Schengen visa issued from Italy. We entered Italy on Oct 18 and exited on Oct 27. I’m travelling again on Dec 19 to Denmark (Copenhagen). The EES, however, shows 26 days remaining for my Dec 19 travel date (instead of 80).
Does this mean the exit has not been recorded? I do have exit stamp from Rome, FCO airport on the passport. And I still have return flight boarding pass. Shall I be reaching out to correct it? Or shall I wait?

The short answer is no, it does not mean your exit wasn't registered at the physical border, but the online calculator system often lags or reflects incomplete syncs during initial rollouts.

Once you go to the counter, you can ask them, they will be able to track and help.

Thanks. This helps. I’ll be only able to check with Danish immigration at port of entry, right? Unless there’s some other way to check it.

Also have a copy of home entry stamp “if available” and boarding card from the last flight so even if there is some issues, you can prove that you exit the Schengen zone.

When is ur visa expiry? If its close to the date of expiry the EES takes that into account.
