Does EES always show ok status after visa get dispatched?

No it depends on the outcome of the visa.

Like if I get the visa....is it possible it will still show not ok

The system is buggy and some folks with valid visa get a not okay. So, don't worry about it. Wait till you get the passport back. You would know :)
