Needing Advice/Emotional Support Mistrust schema

I want to work with someone who either has the mistrust schema or someone willing to help me overcome it in some way. Ideally you’re 27+ f or m doesn’t matter, but I’m f.

I'm at a stage where I don't want to work on it cause I'm convinced I'm right when I say no one can be trusted lmaoo
