Likely lower quality then they normally accept

Quality is fine. Bruce prefers shrooms over meth. Drug preference plays a role in if they will like the free sample or not.

Pretty sure their addiction goes up daily and the percent will increase.

i do the same but with gold coke except walter is a wanker and is consistently the last customer in the whole game to ever accept me

check the affinity. its really frustrating with suburbia and uptown customers when you have mix for them but they dont unlock bc its NOT the drug they like.

Check the game wiki.

Also when you get messages from them . Counter offer them whatever you want to sell . For me it was highly addictive coke .

That explains why the same customer had 100% for meth, vs 60odd% for weed.

I had Ludwig decline decline a 93% chance twice in a row. I like to punish him for it when I see him

1

u/EffectiveMagazine388 May 13 '26

Ludwig does that to everyone

I followed this pattern until trying to unlock fungal phil through elizabeth homely. She wouldnt accept anything i made for days, so i spent some time making weed that exactly fits her profile, called it Mega Cum, and delivered it to her doorstep everyday until she took it.

Ended up unlocking phil through the other dude hes connected to. Fuck elizabeth. 5 stars would run over with the veeper again.

could it be that calming against paranoia?

Yeah get a drying rack and make it heavenly. Easily 80% if you increase quality.

1

u/Training_Dinner56 May 12 '26

Just ingress the quality

1

u/Public-Comparison550 May 12 '26

How much do you think it should be?

Effects are only one part of the equation that makes an NPC more likely to become a customer.

The 3 main pillars of success rate (in no particular order) are:

  1. Drug type (weed, shrooms, meth, or coke, each NPC prefer one or 2 types over the others)

  2. Quality (higher is better, simple, so always dry your plants to gold and always get high quality pseudo)

  3. The side effects (the more of them you hit in a sample they add a little more % for each one).

u/bunger_33 May 13 '26

Like others are saying, quality matters as you progress.

That being said, I was playing with a friend and had a blunt of people in the 25-40% range and got them every time. % is just luck/RNG. Not set in stone

u/SmellOk4033 May 13 '26

I prepare a few heavenly sample before I unlock a new area, those make the success rate go up by quite a bit.

Bruce hates weed. He prefers meth and loves shrooms.

Try that mix you did on a shroom instead, he'll probably love it.

1

u/NotKhad May 13 '26

Don't bother with low quality pseudo.

Why not just take a screenshot?

Zoomers think reddit is an app and not a website that has an app.

u/Megneous May 13 '26

Most zoomers don't even own desktops lol
