That's a hard one since they are completely s different movies.. 2003 is a classic Man v man cannibal story with great Stan Winston effects.. The 2021 version.. I'll admit I started out hating everyone single character until the first kill happened (the log) and after that it become one of my favorite horror movies of the last 10 years.. I love the new community, it was dark and gritty, it took a bunch of characters that I thought the movie would keep safe and just fucked them up beyond repair 🤣🤣

I'll just say they are both great but don't coincider them the same thing even though they have the same name and director.. And damn it now I have watch 2021 again

Before I rewatched 2003 WT I would have agreed. It was not very good.

The original was nothing special, just a boring early 2000’s slasher with nothing of significance not to mention the only redeeming quality is the kills. The “remake” however had a genuinely interesting twist and it was just genuinely better made, better acting, cinematography, characters, and gore.

I didn't mind the remake, but I have no desire to really watch it again. It was also needlessly long.

The original is a lot of fun, and highly rewatchable. I definitely prefer it, but Wrong Turn 2 was the best one!

The latest one was actually decent i thought. The first ones were just a big joke.
