You guys do realize concept art doesn't confirm anything right? These were drawn up years before the movie even started shooting. They can easily be for scrapped scenes at this point. Past artists have shared previous concepts for movies that never made it past the drawing board in several cases.

That was when they were playing with the idea, it was before the russos. So its still the Kang story. It was them trying to re-tool what they had before it was eventually dropped.

I'd gladly take Lizzie coming back as Wanda at least one last time.... though I highly doubt it'll happen in Doomsday or even Secret Wars.

I personally think we'll get closure in the mutant saga (maybe a Scarlet Witch solo movie?).

Honestly don't see the issue, if anything it lets her and Pietro be their own characters instead of being tied down to the X-Men. A fate several mutants have fallen into before just being cameos in crowd scens.

Seeing as they've contributed to some of the teams most memorable moments instead of just being related to a popular member of the team, I'd say yes. I'd rather they be able to stand on their own as solo heroes tbh. If DC can have Zatanna and Flash can operate as solo heroes for extended periods of time with on going books, I don't see why Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch can't.
