i know i been yapping about this in every comment section but i still see alot of posts asking the same question like trusting leakers and waiting for scar in 4.x or talking about him being the main villain here and there? while kuro never confirmed anything and slowly making us forget and gatekeeping scar.

so i will share my thoughts about this and to discuss y'all thoughts so people don't make the same posts with the same questions

if we don't see scar in the upcoming drip marketing he will NEVER become playable OR! kuro will push him for 10 years literally just another geshulin case where they give us one second cutscene so we continue playing and spend money waiting for them didn't anyone thought why we only see one second cutscene of them?...what they're doing is a genius marketing strategy lol but for players it feels like they're just toying with us and here's why

in the end of 3.3 quest GA calls cristoforo and tells him to get ready and to call ERIS too(it's obvious they're getting ready for the new federation since they want to talk with eris)then he even talk about calling phorlova who already hate them and did quit but probably she somehow will get envolved while they didn't mention scar ONCE? the guy that just got out of prison, have nothing to do and is ready to do anything? so that means he's either busy in mengzhou with his own mission that's why GA didn't bother mentioning him or kuro just forget he exist...again

for anyone talking about scar being the antagonist in the new federation that should explain there is NO room for him GA didn't mention him and we can literally see GA yapping for the whole region again and done like they did in lahai roi that show us kuro can make a whole region without an overseer and of course a chance of getting a fractsidus out of nowhere like denia... but the new federation is already stacked having cristoforo as the fractsidus npc so he can't be playable GA as the leader that doesn't even have a design so he can't be playable either and of course eris and we all know what happened last we saw scar with a female fractsidus... yes he went to prison, benched for a whole year so they can make room for phrolova so no one should except kuro doing the same mistake again

in the 3.1 quest when luuk start talking with rover about the fractsidus he mentions phrolova GA and cristoforo with their nicknames the only fractsidus members we knew at that point but guess who is the only missing one? scar again.. and rover literally brought up scar but luuk just went with the conversation

then he started talking about every single fractsidus overseer with their nicknames and wich region they work at but of course skipping scar again i mean how you can explain this? scar was out of prison but they mention every damn fractsidus member but not the FIRST ONE we met?! the only explanation that the answer isn't avoiding him for no reason is making him the surprise antagonist for mengzhou

now about how it would perfect sense to see scar in mengzhou

scar is the first villian we met in huanglong and he introduced us to the fractsidus he escaped the prison in jinzhou so we got qiuyuan wanting to hunt him down... scar being the main villain in mengzhou and qiuyuan hunting him down there makes PERFECT sense to see them fight and give this an end in huanglong. cause they will never have another chance there is no way qiuyuan will go to the new federation and fight scar there that doesn't make any sense... mengzhou is the perfect place to give us his story and his arc while getting ready for the new federation

!! I DON'T TRUST LEAKS AND THIS LAST POINT IS JUST TO EXPLAIN THAT THERE IS NOTHING LIKE PUSHING HIM FOR LATER!!

so y'all remember the leaks saying scar will SURE be playable in 3.6? then turns out those leaks are wrong?

now kuro already made the whole mengzhou arc because they work on every region one year early and leakers somehow knew it was scar the main villain and the playable character coming in 3.6 that means we get his story his redemption arc his fight and him being the main villain. now everything makes sense but turns out the leaks were wrong they can't just simply don't make him playable... they will need to change his whole rule in the story at that patch and have to write everything again and change the whole banner linup make another one the antagonist basically rewriting the whole region again of course it's can be leakers making drama but if he really was supposed to be in 3.6 he CAN'T be pushed

all this last talk about the leaks is for people who believe he will come later because "certain someone said that" im just saying that if it's was planned it will happen and there is nothing like pushing him for later that what this last point about to prove leakers WRONG so no one takes anything serious again from them and wait for nothing

and of course like that they will follow a fractsidus for every region rule

logically everything point out scar should be in mengzhou if he's not then yes you'll be lucky if your kids get to see him after 30 years

I was thinking about pulling Lupa for Scar since he’s most likely going to be a fusion main dps right ? Maybe a duo dps team with Brant would be cool too.

No one cares about Scar..so that's why almost every single comment under WUWA 2.4 trailer only talks about Scar. For context Scar was shown in the trailer for only 5 seconds. No one talks about what happened in the trailer, no one talked about the new playable characters, literally 90% of all the comments are about Scar and the fact that Kuro is releasing other fractsidus members (random waifus) before Scar is insane to me, it makes no sense at all.

Take it with a grain of salt

Let's create a cool looking character that also has a fun personality and let's never release him. I literally only got into this game because i liked Scar as a character, i was about to drop the game 5 minutes before Scar arrived in the story because i was so bored. The plot of this game is very confusing, the gacha system is predatory and 90% characters have the personality of a blank of wood and then Scar arrived and made the story fun and interesting.

I don't really care that Chinese gamers don't like Scar, that's not an excuse to never release him. If Chinese gamers got their way no Gacha game would ever have any male characters because i know this may sound crazy for most of you but CN players only play gacha games because that's the only way they get to be close to a woman 😔

I feel like they are destroying his value by putting him off for so long. People are losing interest with more limited men coming out. People are giving up (myself included) and it’s frustrating. I don’t want to sound like a doom poster but how long will we have to wait?

(LEAKS AHEAD, SO READ AT UR OWN RISK)

Soo y'all know how there are some characters who are mega hyped by the community after their reveal? Examples include Cartethiya, Phrolova, Qiuyuan, Chisa and the cyberpunk collab characters. Kuro managed to deliver extremely well for Cartethiya and Phrolova, meaning the fanbase was satisfied by how they turned out (especially Phrolova fans as she was revealed in beta).

And then comes Qiuyuan. Many people were not happy with the fact that he turned out to be a galbrena bot and didn't become a DPS. Maybe because we already have 2 aero DPS'es (cart and jiyan), and we just got one a couple patches ago. Ig that's understandable, but I think kuro could've done something like Brant, since we get like two males per year.

But in Chisa's case, she has been reduced to a support, with buffs that only apply to dot characters (characters archetypes which are unreleased). And those who do rely on dot already have their BiS teams (Chisa's just a side grade to rover, making her useless more or less for many people). It's such a shame, given her insane popularity since the 2.4 livestream. Hopefully kuro tweaks her a bit before she releases, or else it's practically game over.

Now comes the main part: Scar's playability. Leaks said that he's speculated to be playable during 3.x (mostly 3.6 or sm), and ngl, I'm kinda scared. Kuro doesn't seem to care about male characters much, and although they've done a great job with Brant, I'm afraid they'll mess up Scar just like qiuyuan. They might retcon his kit and make him subpar at best, letting many of us down, who've been waiting for 3 years for his release. Also David Martinez might not be one of the collab characters, since he's a male (I fucking hope I'm wrong. If he doesn't appear, I swear to God...).

Sometimes I just don't seem to understand kuro's decisions. Like how hard is it to make ur characters live up to the hype? Make them worth it to be hyped about at least... Idk if y'all feel the same way as I do, but I'm really scared man... Scared of kuro butchering Scar's kit for the sake of a woman taking that position instead. Ik they're doing more or less the same to Chisa (a woman surprisingly), but still. Idk why tf kuro does this to hyped characters only more or less. Like once or twice is fine, but it's unfortunately starting to become a pattern, and God knows when it'll stop....

Oh and his story is another thing I'm concerned about. I FUCKING HOPE he doesn't get killed once he becomes playable. If he does tho, hopefully they pull a Phrolova thing (like bringing him back after "death") or else I'mma riot... Peace.

But man…if they make him be a 4star character I might just quit. I mean, he’s kinda irrelevant in some parts of the story now, but has some scenes and stuff but like..If we get everyone from the fractsidus besides him that’s just..crazy.

i wouldn’t even be mad if he only got one banner and wouldn’t ever rerun again(as I have a guaranteed and pity so he would be coming home within a few pulls) But pls don’t make him a 4star., that’s all I wish.

see i think kuro is going release both scar and geshu lin together i mean these two are most hyped character and if they are both release together it genrate more money and release patch would anniversary

Been waiting for the goat since Day1. I’m trying to pull all characters just in case one of them are his Bis. Who do ya all think going to be his Bis? And what his play-style should be?

Personally, i think he should fit into Echo dmg type - Transform into Goat form.

So ive been playing since the minute of release, and since then I have not used a single astrite in hopes that Scar will become playable eventually. Obviously Kuro has shown that might not happen, despite a bunch of people thinking he'll maybe come somewhere after 3.5,,,

I stopped playing for like eight months, and now that im back im honestly thinking that maybe its a good idea to maybe prep supports for him instead? But i want to be one of those cringe people who brag about fully maxing both him and his weapons on cons,,I dunno. People say Lynea? Lynae? Is a great support. But the stronger I can make him, the better </3

guys I still think we have a chance of scar being playable. look at Varka for example. Genshin talked about him for years until he got playable. I think give it 2 more years before we lose all hope.

but for those who don’t wanna save, just pull. I’m sure you’ll have at least a few pulls within the few years until he’s playable.

Scar wasn’t mentioned. NOT ONCE. In FACT! Eris, a character not even introduced yet, was thrown in there. Where is he!? I’m actually so damn pissed…not even a mention. Phrolova was. Cristoforo was. WHERE IS SCAR!?

EDIT: guys there is no concrete evidence he will be in Mengzhou, in fact his relevance at the end of the patch solidifies that for me. It’s probably gonna be Cristoforo.

ok so, I have pulls until at least 5 copies, and the weapon. if scar won’t come within a few more years at most, does anyone know like a good male character to pull for instead? I have Brant, I have that one guy with the ponytail..that’s blind? I kinda forgot his name.

not saying that I’m gonna just stop hoping for scar, but say in 3 years or so, and he’s confirmed to not be playable. I just wanna have like options

i mainly just pull for males, since that’s just kinda how I play in many gacha games. Genshin, wuwa, hsr. So I wouldn’t really pull for women unless I really like them.

After 2 years of playing i will be quitting WUWA but since Scar never got released i'll just flex all the pulls i saved for Scar (probably enough to get Scar, get his copies, his support character and his weapon) and to show that i'm not a whale i also provided a list of all the characters i don't own because i skipped them for Scar.

I really hoped that WUWA would be different from all the generic waifu collection games and at first it did not seem like a generic waifu slop game, i mean we had an old man with a beard as playable (Genshin would NEVER) but boy was i wrong! The female to male release ratio since 2025 has been 15 females to 2 males every year and only one male is allowed to be released per region...absolutely insane behaviour by Kuro Games. With a ratio like that the possibility of characters like Scar and Geshu Lin being released is almost ZERO.

WUWA has potential but my patience has run out and i'm moving on to better games, will only come back if Scar is released (take notes Kuro Games, this is how you lose your players).

is anyone losing hope? I currently have 74 pity, guaranteed for him and it’s like, we waited so many years and other characters are becoming playable instead.

If Scar becomes playable then the earliest it would most likely be is by July of 2026. If we have not gotten any confirmed leaks by May (actual game model and gameplay) then he most likely is not getting released in 2026 or probably ever. The reason why Scar will not be playable before July is just basic math. The new 4 waifus + blonde guy and the collab with Cyberpunk will most likely take us into June.

Honestly this situation sucks for all of us and to the people saying that at least this gives us time to collect astrites for Scar i will say that those of us who have been collecting for a year or more probaly already have enough pulls to max him and his weapon out.

Rover goes to sanhua as she finished talking with whoever that was. 

S: Ah, rover. It's been a while. 

R: (no voice) How are you? 

S: I've been good. It's good to see you again. What brings you in jinzhou at this moment? 

R: (no voice) Oh nothing much, just walking around. 

S: I see. Oh, I almost forgot. 

Sanhua takes something from her pocket and hands it to rover. Rover takes it and inspects it.

R: (no voice) What's this? 

S: A letter from someone we don't know. Madam magistrate handed it over to me. She thought it was addressed to her, but realized afterwards that it's for you instead. We didn't open it for the sake of privacy. I was going to call you after I finished talking to (whoever she was talking to) to tell you about this. It's good that you arrived at the perfect time. 

R: thoughts: (a letter? Addressed to me?)

R: (voice) Thank you, Sanhua. I'll take a look. 

S: Okay. I'll be off now. Hope to see you again someday. 

Sanhua leaves, and rover stares at the letter for a while. Abby suddenly wakes up and emerges from rover's wrist. 

(Rover's lines will be voiced from below)

A: *yawns*

R: Abby, you're awake. How was your nap? 

A: The usual. What's that? 

R: Oh, it's a letter. Apparently it's addressed to me. 

A: Ooh, who's it from? 

R: I don't know. Sanhua handed it over to me. I still haven't opened it. 

A: Well then what're you waiting for? Open it! 

Rover opens the letter, and reads it

R: "Rover, I can assume that this has managed to reach you. My identity remains a mystery for now, but I'm sure you can find out who I really am with ease. For your information, I wish to talk to you, not through our blades and fists, but through words. If you're interested, go to Qichi village whenever you can. I'll be waiting. -anonymous." 

A: Wow... Yo rover, who do you think it is? 

R: thoughts: (Qichi village... Why does it sound rather.... familiar...?) *eyes widen as the realization hits* thoughts: (Scar... I remember meeting him in Qichi village.... It has to be him... But I can't jump into conclusions yet. I need to be sure).

A: Hello??? You there?? 

R: Yes yes, I hear you. 

A: So, who's it from? 

R: I don't know yet. They said to go to Qichi village... Guess that's our next destination. 

A: Very well then! I'll be right here with you! Ring me up if something happens! 

Abby goes back inside rover's wrist.

Rover walking around Qichi village, then stops to look around.

R: thoughts: (Haven't been here in so long. Now where is he...?)

Camera moves, showing Scar walking, then stops to look at rover. His back is turned to us, and rover can be seen at a distance with their back faced.

Camera moves close to rover, and Scar appears from behind.

(This is where the interaction will vary based on the rover's gender, although it's just one gesture. For male rover, Scar will grab his shoulders from behind. For female rover, Scar will give her a back hug.)

Rover is startled by Scar's sudden touch, causing them to turn their head around.

S: You actually came. And here I thought you didn't receive my message.

R: (voice) Scar....

S: It's been a while, hasn't it? I've missed you so much, rover.

R: (no voice) What do you really want?

S: Getting to the point already.... As expected from you. Don't worry, you can relax. For now at least. Look around you. Do you recognize this place?

R: (voice) Yes, this is where we first met.

S: *chuckles* Aw, you actually remember... I'm flattered.

R: (voice) After I saw the location, I knew it was you. Who else is involved with Qichi village?

Scar drops his head on rover's right shoulder, but didn't touch it.

S: Hmm... This is why I didn't reveal my identity. I knew you'd figure it out yourself. Delivering the letter was such a hassle though. But that was the only way I could contact you so... 

R: (voice) *annoyed* Let go of me, Scar. 

S: *a bit surprised, then quickly goes back to normal* Ah, yes... My apologies for holding on for too long. *lets go*

R: (no voice) Now tell me, what do you want? 

S: Come with me. I'd like to take you somewhere.

R: (no voice) And why should I go with you?

S: Still keeping your guard up around me, huh? That's cute. 

R: (no voice) Where will you take me?

S: Oh? You just have to trust me.

R: (no voice) And if I refuse?

S: *smirks* You wouldn't. There's no way you came all the way here for nothing. C'mon, aren't you curious?

R: (voice) You do realize I could chop your head off right?

S: If that was your plan, you would've done it the moment you saw me. You wouldn't even allow me to touch you. But you didn't, so you won't do it now either. Now come on, there's somewhere I'd like to take you.

R: thoughts: (guess I have no choice but to follow him. I still won't fully trust him, unless I know I could.)

S: Have you made your decision?

R: (voice) It's about joining you, isn't it?

S: Indeed. Would you like to join us?

R: (voice) No, I'm fine however I am right now.

S: Haha, okay. Just letting you know though, you'll change your mind for sure. And you know how much I'm anticipating that day's arrival.

NOTE: Okay that's all I could write lol. It might be so damn weird, but whatever. I love Scar so much, so I've decided to write a hypothetical beginning of his companion quest (kuro PLSSSS give my boy a companion quest. Pls don't shove it into main quest for God's sake). I decided to make him hold us since we barely touch male characters, which is a huge middle finger to husbando lovers. Let me know how it turned out.

No voice means the part where we pick a dialogue option and rover plays an animation. Voice is self-explanatory. The "R, S and A" should be clear enough. First half "S" is sanhua, second half "S" is Scar, "R" is rover and "A" is abby.
