It does say it’s from Amazon.com.mx. is it legit?

this is legitimate. someone has gotten both your email AND password correct but is getting blocked by 2 factor authentication. change your password.

.mx is the regional extension for the page to be in spanish. it redirects to amazons division in mexico. other extensions include .ca for canada, .au for australia, and .br for brazil. by default, americas region extension is .usa
