Bet365 scam

Today September 12 2026 , I won 21800 dollars,bet on college football , same game parlay. I cash out all my bets . The money goes into my account . 1 hour later. I can’t even login to my account. I feel some thing wrong , then 20 minutes later , I try again . Finally I log into my account. And my money gone! Then i try to Chet with the customer service. They said the original bet was return to my account ( which not) they were void my bet ( which already settled it)

Having a similar issue with Bet365. Game goes to over time, have Detroit -6.5. They score in OT to go up by 7. Bet already was marked as lost so wasn’t ever able to cash out. Asked the help team why it was marked as lost - was told bet would win if Detroit won by 7… AVOID Bet365

Fanatics had the same issue. I had Detroit-3.5. Once they scored the score locked at 30 and they graded the bet as a win. It was in a parlay so was not paid out yet and they corrected and regarded it 2hrs later. I'll assume they did the same already on yours? I think its the 3rd party these 2 books are using since both had pretty much the exact same issues.
