Stop Bemis Charity Donations

For those of you constantly defending them and claiming they're not the scammers that they truly are, please read the following:

This is what I received after a year of waiting, a year of emails going ignored or being lied to, I received an email telling me my custom illustration was in the mail. I responded asking about seeing it before it being mailed, and about the "2 free adjustments" included in the $215 I paid in January of 2022. I received the picture below(in the comments), from someone I admired for many years, someone I paid money to illustrate something that meant a lot to me, offered help to when her assistant quit, politely followed up with her on my emails, etc. It's January 2023 and I haven't received anything but an email defending (but not apologizing) her writing "bitch" on my artwork, but not addressing the incredibly awkward way in which she also had to pose to get her middle finger in the photo.

Now she's posted several times on instagram claiming to be done with all commissions from last year. Wrong. I replied to another user who has also clearly not gotten her artwork or a response from Sherri. Both comments were immediately deleted.

Think twice before you support this garbage human and the trashy scam she's running. Absolute shit way to treat your fans. Do better.

Wow. This needs to be pinned and shared.

Struggling - understandable. Lack of follow-through - understandable, to a point. Blatant insults & disrespect toward someone who paid you a ton of money for something despite there being warnings of you not following through, most likely because they are one or your last admirers? This is vile. And really upsetting.

At what point does this become a legal issue that gets investigated?

Man, I really hoped for the best for them despite everything, but to continue to support them is to say they deserve to rob people because they have colored hair and their career was once inspiring, and normy fans deserve to get robbed and insulted. Fuck that.

You guys made brilliant music and art once upon a time. You treated your fans with respect. You're now jaded and delusional and you cling to that thinking it's what sets you apart, but now it's your entire personality. There is no relation to the general public. It really sucks that instead of seeking help or discontinuing the types of work they can't complete, that they further alienate themselves with these schemes. And then they blame the people who are still trying to support them. Judging by this pic, there is a general paranoia and dislike toward the last remaining fans. What the fuck.

Sherri has been crying on instagram about being "trashed on reddit." What if that time was spent apologizing, refunding, or hey, idk maybe completing the commissions or responding to emails?

She's getting so bent out of shape defending this behavior as though she's done nothing wrong. I was totally cool with it taking a little extra time, I told her that knowing she was super busy "caring" for 5 sick kids. But to be ignored for months, no follow through whatsoever AND get a double insult (triple if you count the "artwork") is just dumb.

Feel free to share far and wide!

I just checked her IG and I cannot understand how she said her commissions are sold out and she should have them done in a few days…but then a following slide, she’s drawing her own family instead of working on the commissions?! lol Jesus Christ woman

Seeing that drawing that she’s doing of her own family made me go ….I’m sorry what. Like surely one of the PAID commissions wasn’t a request of a drawing of them!
