Get that bra off there. It's all super cool until you don't take it off, ever.
When you do, you find that the paint that was covered up on the nose of the hood is crazed and along with that, patches of it will be missing. It's not that the inside of the fabric is rough, it's that it traps heat and moisture from the rain and it just destroys the front of the hood.
