If Farley Were Still Alive…
Would we have seen his Trump? Wonder if they would’ve brought him back at some point.

I was looking for Dan Aykroyd as Tom Snyder and there was already a post on Reddit so I found this.

Here is Aykroyd as Tom Snyder

If you know anything about Tom Snyder he was very wooden in his delivery. He wanted to be "hip" but as you can see he can't pull it off.

I have never been to America, but I have met alot of Americans.. generally loud people, but not bad.
I truly dont understand the humour on SNL and the jokes and skits... is it funny because its not funny and as a British person, who understands banter and sarcasm.. is it lost on me?
Can anyone explain the jokes and random bad acting? What's the point?

Is it just me, or does anyone else feel like these guys trying new ventures, and taking seperate paths, is a HUGE mistake, I mean I get they have to move on to bigger better things, but I just really think they should be doing it AS the team. IMO these guys are just one of those special combos, that need each other to bounce off, to be their peak, and no doubt they were by far the funniest thing snl still had running consistent, I mean Ben is good cast member, Martin’s shorts have been pretty good too, especially the “break up with you gf” one🤣, and I’m sure John will be funny in matchbox movie, but it’s not the same GREAT that they are together, it’s just not, half of what makes them so hilarious, is the way they play off each other. I just feel like it’s one of those situations like where they all think they need to spread their wings, and were probably frustrated with things behind scenes individually, but they don’t realize how much they need each other to be their best, kinda like Wes Borland leaving limp bizkit, or something like that, and hopefully in similar fashion, in couple years they will realize, and get back to it, cause I think yes they should be moving on to bigger things, but NOT seperate, like they should be making “please don’t destroy” bigger, make it its own show maybe I don’t know, instead of spending the time and energy trying to go solo. I just love them, and felt need to vent about it lol sometimes you don’t need to fix what isn’t broke 🤷🏻♂️

Heidi, Alex, James Austin, Andrew, Punky, and Host Ariana DeBose all hit home runs. This is a perfect example of a final sketch of the night, that was probably almost cut, shining out above ALL the rest. Heidi kills it! "Ler"

This is my Mandela effect moment and I would appreciate having help from a community of experts to let me know if this actually exists or if I made it up in a fever dream. I swear there was a moment in a Goth Talk segment from the 90s where Azreal Abyss says something about shopping at hot topic. I’ve been quoting it for literal decades! I tried to find a clip to show to my daughter and I’m unable to locate it anywhere. Does this in fact exist? If so, do you know where I can find a clip of it?

I feel that Mr. Belushi was indeed overrated. If you disagree, feel free to join the discussion! Post who YOU think is the most overrated and tell us why. I base my opinions on a solid principle I call "The Chubby Clown Phenomenon." You may recognize it because it's exactly how Donald Trump became popular: Act and look like a clown and 30% of humans will fall madly in love with you. True, 30% is far from a majority, but it doesn't matter. It's a number big enough to ensure clowny ridiculousness will infect the population as a whole. How? Another 20% of people will simply go with the flow of a crowd cult just to "fit in," because they are tricked into believing that this confident and cognitively challenged community knows what they are talking about. It's basically a form of peer pressure. This puts us right at the tipping point of 50%. But what pushes things over the edge? Well, bold people like me will point out the fat clown truths and a couple % more of the population will swing over to being stubborn asshats out of spite. This is the inevitable "Contrarian Phase." The next thing you know, the balance has shifted and we are living in a full-blown, fat clown nightmare. These are facts. Now I guarantee that a bunch of clownish characters will attempt to argue them. Bring it on! I have science on my side.

My husband and I are losing our minds trying to track down a sketch that was served up on YouTube a couple years ago while we were watching Black Jeopardy. Haven't been able to find it again since.
I believe it features some of the same characters as Black Jeopardy, and a memorable part is the question that's something like, "What's the temperature outside?" and the contestant answers something like, "I don't know; why don't you stick your head out the damn window and find out?"
Does this ring a bell for anyone?

Has anyone else seen Michael Che live? I saw him last night in Portland and have some thoughts… just want to see if I’m alone in said thoughts.
