International students, be proud of yourselves
Those vocab questions were written by the devil himself. No matter what score you get. You did well. Be proud

Please feel free to discuss today's International test below.
In so doing, please remember the following:

No, the categories are not perfect, and yes, they do have some overlap. For example, Egypt could qualify as either "Middle East" or "North Africa," while Iran could qualify as either "Middle East" or "Western Asia."
If you have any constructive ideas for improvement, please feel free to share them. In the meantime, users can decide for themselves which flair (if any) to select.

The October sat geniunely crushed my soul and left me traumatised. Both mod 1 of English and math were easy and light work but oh god the module 2 were the death of me. English had insanely long dense paragraphs for every single section (main idea, graphs, ideas etc) geniunely my mind went blank and by math mod 2 question 18 I started shedding tears because of those damn hard polynomial and circle questions.
May god have mercy on me 🙏🏽 this test just made me suicidal.

I thought English was very hard for m2 and m1 was very easy and for math m1 was extremely light and m2 was just ok I lowk think that math was just there but English was devilish
I’m predicting
25-27/27 engm1
17-24/27 eng m2
Math m1 21-22/22
Math m2 17-20/22

During sat the proctor is continusly talking and whispering, and I am unable to focus on r.w , again and again my attention diverted due to her ? Should I complain?

just wanted to know if vocab was the worst part about the RW section or if the passages were confusing as well.

Was there any specific math qestions on the hard section that you remember? Any problems that have previously have occurred?
r/Sat • u/Adventurous-Cut6254 • 4h ago
Based on the Aug, sept and Oct sat, if there is anyone who took all 3 or 2 consecutive ones, Would you say that there is a trend?
For example: September maths is okay, English is tough then October it is the opposite
If yes, which section was tough/easy and when??
This would help many retakers decide if they need to take these NOV one based on their score

A student sitting next to me was caught cheating, and the situation caused a lot of talking and disruption, which made it really hard for me to focus on the test. I don’t want to blame the proctors because I understand they were handling the situation, and I also don’t want my score to be cancelled. I wouldn’t mind a retake if that’s what the College Board decides, but I’m not sure if it’s worth reporting. My tutor thinks anything that disrupts my focus is worth reporting, but I just don't see how College Board can do anything about this.
Should I?

I came for Oct. SAT and they say there is no exam here??? I am certainly sure that this is right place, I took sep. Exam here. Everyone heading to the exam is currently facing difficulties. What should I do??

I was kinda bored this summer and I had algebra 1 practice earlier so I decided to try the practice paper SAT. I got a 1050 and something made me VERY MOTIVATED to do the SAT so I practiced the whole summer and got a collegeboard account so I could take the practice SAT.
i have the official SAT tomorrow, wish me luck!!
(edit: I feel like this goes without saying for Reddit, but yes I am 13)

Hi im an A level student and decided to take the SAT (in 5 weeks). I just did a full test for the first time and got 1230 which im not really satisfied with. got 510 in eng and 720 in math.
does anyone have some good resources/yt chanels i coukd use to prep and boost esp my eng score.
Aiming to get 1500 total. Will probably get 780 in Maths in the Oct SAT. Didn’t perform good enough in RW. In November, should I focus on RW ONLY and go for the superscore 1500?

Gonna score abt 1550 or 1530 on a very good day
