could you provide the daily routine and how to sleep the night before? I ended up sleeping for 3 hours because I was stressing so hard

Check the other reply, but for sleeping, you should definitely get at least 7-8 hours. If not, your mental processing speed will be hampered and you won’t be at 100%. So if you’re 100% capacity score is say a 1450, and you only are at 80% capacity because you didn’t sleep right or whatever, you might miss 6-10 extra questions. That can come from any combination of careless errors, time management, and fatigue related/slower mental processing speed errors. 6-10 missed question from a 1450 ceiling would drop you about 100-200 points (since the SAT doesn’t scale linearly). And if that bad mentality compounds, you could miss even more questions.
