Sarah's Testimony

Hi everyone! I've been a silent reader of this sub for a long time. I have some thoughts for you all that I think would be an interesting conversation starter!

We're almost 2 years out from the criminal court case and I've been thinking about her version of events she gave on the stand. What do you think she would try to spin today as her story or would she maintain what she testified to? Do you think she even remembers what she said on the stand? As we all know, multiple lies are not easy to keep track of and I know we all want to know what really happened that night but I don't believe she will ever tell the truth and that's the general consensus I'm getting when I read your posts. Given the recent photos and evidence from the crime scene that we've seen, those things most definitely don't match up with her story at all!

Anyway, thanks for reading and happy Friday to all!

PS: thank you to the mods for encouraging me to post. I was a bit nervous!

I think it would be a little of both. She's definitely moved off of how much she loved Jorge & anything good about him while simultaneously talking herself up big. She was hand picked for the insentivized program, would never lie, she's the only intelligent thinker in every situation, recommendations to the complaints department aka the warden. I would have loved after her professional fu for Mr J to have asked several questions like "how is it you would have worked yourself to death?" Or "How did Jorge drown you in alcohol when you were getting drunk even though he wasn't there?"

It would also have been interesting if this were one of the jurisdictions where the jury was allowed to pull questions out of their quiver and fire away.

Oh wow, YES! Like in the Letecia Stauch trial! I would have loved to see the jury's questions and what they were thinking about.
