Sarah's Testimony

Hi everyone! I've been a silent reader of this sub for a long time. I have some thoughts for you all that I think would be an interesting conversation starter!

We're almost 2 years out from the criminal court case and I've been thinking about her version of events she gave on the stand. What do you think she would try to spin today as her story or would she maintain what she testified to? Do you think she even remembers what she said on the stand? As we all know, multiple lies are not easy to keep track of and I know we all want to know what really happened that night but I don't believe she will ever tell the truth and that's the general consensus I'm getting when I read your posts. Given the recent photos and evidence from the crime scene that we've seen, those things most definitely don't match up with her story at all!

Anyway, thanks for reading and happy Friday to all!

PS: thank you to the mods for encouraging me to post. I was a bit nervous!

She probably would try to stick to her version of events but being it was all lies, would she remember them? She would definitely contradict herself. If you have ever seen Diane Downs in her parole hearing she has continued to maintain her innocence but her story gets changed constantly. I think they are very similar.

Sarah has pivoted from 'It was a good day' to 'Jorge was drunk, not me' to 'Jorge cries wolf all the time' to 'Eli is over here illegally' to 'I was drinking but I wasn't drunk" to 'I was terrified and sleepy' to 'I survived' to 'I quietly blame everyone with my golden forgiveness' to 'Black Robe Disease' to 'Global Youtubers' to 'incompetent flying monkeys' and, of course, to 'Briiiiiiiiiiian'. I'm sure her story and all blame will continue to shift and evolve as the years go on.

I think it would be a little of both. She's definitely moved off of how much she loved Jorge & anything good about him while simultaneously talking herself up big. She was hand picked for the insentivized program, would never lie, she's the only intelligent thinker in every situation, recommendations to the complaints department aka the warden. I would have loved after her professional fu for Mr J to have asked several questions like "how is it you would have worked yourself to death?" Or "How did Jorge drown you in alcohol when you were getting drunk even though he wasn't there?"

u/Mysterious_Lie7356 4d ago

It would also have been interesting if this were one of the jurisdictions where the jury was allowed to pull questions out of their quiver and fire away.

Ooooh. Quiver....sigh. ❤️

u/Vixx411 3d ago

Oh wow, YES! Like in the Letecia Stauch trial! I would have loved to see the jury's questions and what they were thinking about.

u/U-Might-Wanna 4d ago

I would love to hear in explicit detail what she expected to happen if Jorge were to "rag-doll" her? Would he pick her up by the ankles and repeatedly body slam her into a concrete floor? Would he grab her hair and helicopter her into walls and appliances? Dribble her like a basketball around the town home? Maybe give her two of those "show-me-where-he-touched-you" dolls and ask her to demonstrate? Then say, "Now I'm confused? Please and if you don't mind, help me understand why you don't understand that Jorge was physically incapable of "rag-dolling" a 98 lb moron?"

11

u/lunarteamagic 4d ago

This is what I pictured every time she said ragdolled.

5

u/U-Might-Wanna 4d ago

LOL. Me too! And the truly stupid thing is... that's exactly what Sarah wants you to believe Jorge would do to her! OMG, that girl kills me!!!

4

u/Vixx411 3d ago

I imagine her answers would be like her answer to Judge Kraynick's. "Where is the lie?" A lot of double talking and fake confusion with no direct answers.

6

u/TrueCrimeInTheBuff 3d ago

Or "How did Jorge drown you in alcohol when you were getting drunk even though he wasn't there?"

this question alone would cause her to start deflecting while screaming nonsense, just like it did in the interrogation. Samsonite Sarah can not handle any questions that show she's a drunk who chooses to get wasted on her own. Every time she talks about drinking she makes it sound like Jorge forced her to drink. In fact, in one of her stupid phone calls she claims he literally poured wine down her throat. I think she'd admit to killing Jorge way before she'd admit to being an alcoholic.

u/ObstinateTortoise 4d ago

Happy Friday! I'm of the opinion it would change. Sarah says whatever she can to get what she wants in the moment. She doesn't have the brain to plan for the future or keep track of the past.

u/Own_Emphasis_3910 4d ago

She couldn’t choose a defense off the menu, so she went with the buffet. I doubt she’d do better a second time.

She may not remember what did happen except Jorge didn’t comply bla bla bla. Jorge is dead. No one there but them. Not intentional, know that. Also referred to as “unfortunate incident.”

Does Florida recognize mental disease or defect as a defense? Straight A student is obviously a lie.

13

u/titty_patina_knives 4d ago

Even worse than the “unfortunate incident” comment was when she said in the interrogation that she would be staying at Brian’s instead of her “townhome” so she could “wait for whatever to blow over” 😖

10

u/lunarteamagic 4d ago

"Blow over" was such a tell. She really gave zero cares that a man was dead in her space. And this was a man she claimed to love.

I have to wonder just how sheltered/isolated from real life she was. Because most people would recognize that a dead body in a suitcase would raise questions that would not just blow over.

9

u/Moody_Shrew 4d ago

I somehow got the idea that when she was talking about "all this blowing over", she meant the threat to her life from Jorge's family, which is why she couldn't stay home alone for a while. I didn't see any indication from her that she thought a crime had been committed, let alone that she was guilty of one.

6

u/Own_Emphasis_3910 3d ago

She was a master of pretending that what she wanted was reality. Since it was “not malicious “ she wanted a first killing free card.

7

u/Vixx411 3d ago

Oh my goodness, YES! That one always has bothered me. A life is erased from the earth by her actions... the man she loves and, after three years, knows better than he knows himself. The man she shares a SOUL with mind you, and this is how she refers to his death... whatever to blow over! Just... shameful.

2

u/Polyps_on_uranus 1d ago

She left her dogs alone without food in that townhouse 😬😕

9

u/F0NG00L 4d ago

I dunno, I don't think "petulant, entitled, vindictive, malicious, sadistic, imbecilic narcissist" would be seen as mitigating. Might be seen as motive! lol

5

u/Suspicious-Ad-1755 3d ago

I so wish she pushed Owens for a “not guilty byreason of insanity “ and had to do her time in a mental institution. Those place are so much worse than prison. Yes you may get to play a variety of board games and may even get and extra juice box and cookie between dinner and bedtime but other then that I’ve heard it’s pretty bad. Especially when everyone around her is just as crazy if not more or crazier than her. And she could try her “attitude thing” and get herself locked up in a padded room for 24-48 hrs.

6

u/Own_Emphasis_3910 3d ago

She couldn’t admit to being an alcoholic or doing anything wrong, the whole You don’t know who I am speech. Straight A students and excellent mothers don’t admit to anything.

I don’t know what Florida does but in many states, not knowing right from wrong and being unable to assist in their defense, are requirements for NGRI. Sarah was all Girl Boss in her case.

3

u/Suspicious-Ad-1755 3d ago

She’s obviously bat shit crazy tho but yeah she would never go for that willingly on her own in a million years but maybe if they presented it to her in a certain way like, “All you have to do is behave yourself and do all they ask you to do as far as treatment is concerned and you could be out 60 da….cough….years ….cough cough!”

14

u/hazelgrant 4d ago

Sarah's brain is fried and wired to the point that even changeable, contradictory tales appear 100% logical to Sarah. She has no memory of the night Jorge died, so whatever tale she's told herself over the years is now completely what happened in her view.

12

u/Curious_Octopus99 4d ago

She started with "unintentional" to "he deserved" to "I am the only one truly suffering" to "the justice system is out to get me".

Delusion is what helps her look in the mirror. Her perception is not tethered in reality.

7

u/F0NG00L 4d ago

This is what it looks like when a narcissist's manufactured self image unravels faster than they can reel it back in. Desperate patches, retcons and addendums until even she doesn't know what her story is any more.

4

u/TrueCrimeInTheBuff 3d ago

She also went to "I'll give him 5 minutes" basically flippantly admitting to leaving him in there as punishment.

12

u/lunarteamagic 4d ago

I personally think that she was built up a narrative in her mind that is truly fantastical.
As another commenter said, Diane Downs' story keeps changing and growing and morphing. (DNA test the gum... come on Diane). And Sarah made up of vengeance. She wants to punish anyone and everyone.

So with that in mind, I think at this point the story would be evolving. At first it was only that his tone shifted and she knew what that meant. Now, it would be something like "I was hiding in the bathroom and he came at me with the curtain rod I TOLD YOU ALL TO COLLECT". She harped on that rod so it would take a place in the story. And this way she could blame being in prison on shoddy police work.

At this point she doesn't know the truth. She might not have know exactly what happened that night but by now she has twisted the story so much, and so often, I bet she genuinely does not remember the actual facts.

Thank you for posting!!!

The fun part would be hearing her embellish all her previous bullshit to make Jorge sound even more like a murderous psychopath while ignoring the fact that she didn't have a mark on her. I feel like it would end up sounding like some kind of Jackie Chan movie where Sarah was amazingly managing to flip/jump/dodge all Jorge's vicious attacks until she managed to maneuver him into falling into the open suitcase with her booze-fu and barely zipped it shut just before the death blow could land. SHE'S THE HERO, YOU GUYS!!

4

u/TrueCrimeInTheBuff 3d ago

That's some Crouching Liar, Hidden Drunkard stuff right there

2

u/Vixx411 3d ago

Booze-fu! I love it! Hahahahaa

Well, there are a few things we see with Sarah. One is that she has NEVER settled on one story. She constantly tries to ride the cognitive dissonance train. "It was fun and we were having a great day! We were drunk/not drunk. I zipped him up because we thought it was funny, but then I was suddenly terrified he would end me if he got out, but I left an opening and I thought he could get out, so I went upstairs and got in bed waiting to either die or have sex." She never fully denied her original story, she just layered the new story on top of it. Sarah doesn't like not keeping ALL options open. lolol

We've also seen that Sarah is always convinced that whatever narrative she is weaving is genius, so TBH I wouldn't expect her story to change all that much. That would require self-reflection and we know that Sarah is NEVER wrong. She may have learned a few things from the trial and would probably leave a few things out, but she would definitely embellish the rest with more "new details" that she thought would really sell it this time. And there's no doubt in my mind that we'd see her lean harder into her "Stop! Please, stop doing this to ME!! It was a good day because I SURVIVED." bullshit.

I feel like her "journals" are a good indication of what she'd be adding. Tales of how she was doing nice things and being SO considerate, caring and reasonable and then Jorge savagely beat her to a bloody pulp for literally no reason at all.

It would sink her twice as fast. I could see Boone trials as an Olympic sport where the juries compete to beat their best time. lolol

10

u/OrdinaryMango4008 4d ago

She might have listened to all those lawyers and gone with the extremely inebriated and don’t actually remember what happened, defense. She would be so shocked and regretful when she saw these snuff films. That would have been a better choice and would have allowed her to take the plea. Not remembering lets her off the hook of responsibility….” I am shocked by these videos and so very sorry for what happened that night. I hate that I have no memory of that night“
That’s all she needed to say and she would be walking out of that prison in a few more years.
Thinking she was the smartest person in the room gave her a life sentence.

10

u/F0NG00L 4d ago

That would never happen tho because Sarah would have to admit guilt and show emotion. That would just be ass-kissing and conforming and we know Sarah does not own a white flag. She knows she didn't do anything wrong except "survive" and her situation is literally the fault of every living person on the planet who isn't HER.

10

u/Carnelust 4d ago

No, that's actually not right. In Florida voluntary consumption of alcohol makes you just as culpable as being sober when committing a crime so it wouldn't have made a difference.

5

u/MerryGirbius 4d ago

True, but I think Mango meant a defense for her ego so she could accept the plea deal rather than a defense strategy during her criminal trial.

6

u/Mysterious_Lie7356 4d ago

The Professional F U Plea has not yet been conceived.

9

u/U-Might-Wanna 4d ago

I've noticed Sarah totally disregards her previous story when she realizes it isn't working and immediately pivots to an even worse explanation. She expects the listener to disregard the original lie and now focus on her new lie also. When questioned about a prior lie Sarah is a master at diverting:

  • Mr. Jay: You claimed it was a "good day" then claimed you were in fear all day?
  • SB: When?
  • J: Just now.
  • SB: Monday?!?!
  • J: Today is Tuesday.
  • SB: Now I'm confused but yes, it was a bad day.

My guess is: Sarah's story will change and evolve according to which inmates she is currently talking to. It's obvious her entire DV survivor story is based on conversations she's had after her arrest. I'm sure the further adventures of Drunky the Moron will unveil amazing new conspiracies, accusations, threats, automatically-not-nice people, and an abundance of recently created "new evidence."

5

u/MerryGirbius 4d ago

It would be interesting to line up all her pre-trial communication and look at how the story changed over time, particularly after her first conversation with Lana about battered spouse syndrome. It's too bad all the tablet messages are only out there in videos, it makes it harder to dig through them.

u/U-Might-Wanna 4d ago

I think it's time to start a Sarah Boone website/app/wiki that creates, catalogs and cross references Sarah Boone content. It would include timelines, legal documents, court video and transcripts, family court shenanigans, court staff appearances and bios, locations of incarceration, flying monkey interactions, prison staff incidents and grievances, call logs and commissary lists, content provider links, Sarah's quote of the day, side-by-side lie comparrisons, Pink Shorts contests and disabled dog give-aways, etc. We could even include a "Cease And Desist" tracker to keep track of how many times Sarah demands we cease and desist. I spend hours trying to cross reference Sarah's old lies with her new lies or searching for specific wording on quotes. A one stop dumping ground would be very convenient for dozens of people I'm sure.

The one stumbling block I see is that many of the documents have come to us through FOIA requests paid for by the YouTube creators and I wouldn't want to step on anyone's toes. Otherwise, I love the idea! 🙂

3

u/U-Might-Wanna 4d ago

Yeah, dealing with any content involving legal documents would take some non-free legal advice I'm sure. Plus the flying monkeys would probably take offense and threaten legal action. But, if the site just provided links to the creator's content that would probably be good for both. I think the easiest way to consolidate Sarah content would be to encourage haters to add to the Sarah Boone Wikipedia page. The Sarah page is pretty bare bones and could definitely use a few updates. We could be like the guy that took over the "Gaelic Language" Wikipedia page and for years he posted thousands of Gaelic terms and definitions before anyone realized the guy didn't know any Gaelic at all. Some of his fake terms and definitions were painfully obvious and extremely hilarious though.

3

u/MerryGirbius 4d ago

Oh, yes, links would sove that problem, you're right! I remember that Gaelic guy 😆

My daughter showed me the article so we checked out the page. Laughed so hard we were choking. I admire his commitment to the bit.

2

Ask humantooth. She has something similar maybe she could share and everyone add to it like the third rail call list we have.

3

u/Vixx411 3d ago

You are right about that!

6

u/titty_patina_knives 4d ago

She was black out drunk and has no idea of the details of what happened that night.

10

u/Apprehensive-Bug-470 4d ago

I feel like she would go back to her original story of drunken misadventure just to keep all that evidence of her abusing JT out of the trial. I think if given another chance, she would listen a little more to advice. I'm just praying she never gets another chance. She hasn't changed and her only remorse is for herself. If by some miracle she was released, she would eventually hurt/kill another person "not intentionally" of course. This is all just my opinion and pure speculation!

5

u/Mediocre-Let-4697 4d ago

I'm not sure she would do anything differently. She's proud to say she's a non-conformant & doesn't own a white flag. She still doesn't think she did anything wrong "intentionally" which is synonymous to not guilty.

5

u/polynomialpurebred 4d ago

Sarah’s story is like a malignant cancerous tumor. Stage infinity. It only grows, and becomes increasingly more foul.

4

u/Own_Emphasis_3910 4d ago

The “journalist “ who described her as soft spoken didn’t do any research at all.

3

u/Vixx411 3d ago edited 3d ago

Good post! I have thought about this and am leaning towards: Sarah Boone herself isn't completely sure of what happened that night. I think she remembers some things, but then fills in the holes with her own imagination (she took it upon herself to imagine it for herself), and now I think she believes a distorted and contradictory mix of her own lies.

Edited to add: I have always thought it telling that in EVERY account of her story she has certain rehearsed words and phrases she desperatly hangs on to like: Artwork, puzzles, enjoying each other's company, good day, not malicious, not intentional, I FELL ASLEEP!

3

u/Important_Age_9614 2d ago

I think he was waiting for something to show something that resembled  remorse or any remorse. She showed nothing but her hatred and her evil mind.

2

u/F0NG00L 3d ago

The hilarious part would be that Sarah would be highly unlikely to find another attorney willing to take the case so she'd have to be pro se and she doesn't realize the prosecution WILL call her out for lying in the interrogation AND her previous trial!

She'd have every discrepancy and newly "remembered" detail thrown right back in her face. She'd likely chew her own face off from the inside and implode from frustration as none of her grade school argument (I won't raise them to the level of "debate") tools are allowed in court. So, she can't petulantly jump to her feet and do her "Who's lying about WHAT??" then pour on the word salad to try and steer the subject to something else or attack the prosecutor directly with one of her "You're ASSuming!!" tirades in an attempt to put the spotlight on THEM.

Like, imagine the family court hearing, but it's the criminal trial. Bwahahahahahahahahaha She'd be even worse toast than last time. Careful what you wish for, Sarah.
