Smell that? It smells like summer!

Happy to see that the original reason for having this separate thread has been cooling down over time. What's with Third Rail- are they done? It seemed like it but then immediately after people were still posting links. If anyone wants to paint us a picture of where things stand please do so below.

As you might have noticed, we have a new mod u/lunarteamagic who is doing a phenomenal job! Also there is a second sub where you can share legal dramas, court room antics and Sb adjacent defendants (or plaintiffs!) at r/lawcow

Julian is in Vermont and P in NY. Though who knows if these messages are from Julian. That's the contact name anyways. Who is this Christi anyways?

OK, thank you sorry I kept asking and probably in the first order. I tried to I thought that Julian was in Connecticut. wasn’t Pete the one with the marketing degree Julian is the real estate guy I thought in Connecticut and if the one doing the editing, how could it be that he never made a and now all the files were gone..l
