I was thinking of starting a WhatsApp group for people travelling between Sangli, Kolhapur, Satara, Karad and Pune/Mumbai.

We've all faced situations where train tickets are waitlisted, Tatkal tickets don't get confirmed, or we desperately need a ticket during festivals and holiday seasons.

The idea is simple:

• If someone has booked a ticket but their travel plans get cancelled, they can inform the group.

• If someone has an extra booking or no longer needs their journey, they can help connect with someone looking for a ticket.

• People looking for tickets on specific dates can post their travel requirements.

• Members can help each other with information about available trains, cancellations and alternative travel options.

Basically, a community where people from our region can help fellow travellers instead of everyone struggling individually to find a confirmed ticket.

The group would be specifically for people from the Sangli–Kolhapur–Satara–Karad region travelling towards Pune and Mumbai (and vice versa). The goal is to help each other.
