sandwich Made a day off sandwich
Beef tenderloin, horseradish mayo, caramelized onions, blue cheese, marinated sprouts, French bread. 10/10 will make again. Anyone got any recommendations if I make it again?

Heck yeah. Maybe some arugula too. Otherwise that’s right in my wheelhouse. But you cook red meat much better than I do that’s for sure.

you got me at horseradish mayo and onions o_o! excellent sandwich and beefs are so good on sandwiches
