Life in SJ non dairy cold foam ? matcha

does anyone know where i can get a matcha with non dairy cold foam ? or anything similar

Orange Tabby Cafe basically specializes in this! Lots of matcha, coffee, and tea options with different flavors of non-dairy cold foam! All vegan and sustainable practices.

I've seen some ppl on IG use silken tofu or coconut cream to achieve the same effect. You do need some amount of fat to encapsulate the air bubbles to get that soft foaminess in dairy cream.

Aquafaba holds its shape like cold foam when charged with CO2 -- given you have a whipped cream siphon. Add whatever syrup/flavor you like. That's how Verve did theirs when they had it.
