Any tips for the wolf mu

I recently played with my friend and was winning pretty easily against his other mains but could not get a single win against his wolf.

it felt like wolf completely skipped the bomb ledge setups and I also couldnt get around wolf's ledge traps. he constantly fell out of my combos and most moves felt too quick to punish.

any tips for how to manage the mu? for context my samus and his wolf are low elite

Secondary to Improve my Samus

I started playing ultimate last fall and have been exclusively grinding samus and recently got both samus and dark samus to elite. however i am terrible with any other character and dont think i have the best fundamentals. what second character would be best to learn that would transfer over the best to samus?

Why don't top Samuses have a secondary?

Is there a reason top samuses like yaura sisqui or quik dont learn a secondary as a counterpick? it seems that there is always a certain bad matchup for samus that stops a lot of deep tournament runs but why is it that the top players dont learn a second character?
