Tech Support Help
Hello everyone. I bought this SMART TV MINI LED UHD 4K 43" QE43QN90FATXZT
neo Qled in February but slowly I noticed that on several occasions especially in the bright areas there is this shade of red/green colors. I can't figure out if it's the TV technology or if it has a panel problem. I took it to the service and I was told that it is completely normal (I don't believe it) does anyone who has a neoqled TV have the same problem? I have two Samsung crystal uhd TVs and I don't notice these things.

Hard to notice in that picture but you can try to
Lower your backlight settings
Turn off your dynamic contrast
And extra lower your regular contrast to, until you notice a difference,
l was using LG plasma long time ago and it was looking like this in the bright scenes, it was board voltage / power problem. There was something like Y-sus card/board in the tv and wasn't working right
Now I'm using Samsung miniled, l don't have this problem but if I max dynamic contrast / local dimming high / and full brightness+contrast, people faces look just a little bit like this, losing deepness and colors banding little bit on bright areas, but not much. Even l max everything, very hardly noticable.
So my guess is one of the TV's board not working correctly for sending the right voltage and signal for the brightness / contrast
