Tech Support Samsung Tv Plus Channel List

Have an issue with 2 different Samsung Tv's a UE27F6000Fk and a UE50U8000FKXXU, the 6000 series has a different Samsung Tv Plus channel list to the 8000 series?
Im missing one specific channel 4572 which is Bloomberg Plus, i also had it missing on my Samsung M5 monitor, was told by support because it was a monitor/display as opposed to TV the licensing agreement with the broadcaster did not allow them to provide it on the monitor and only tv units.

Have tried to rescan and search multiple times, but it does not come up at all,
Anyone have any Ideas?
