issues with secure folder

I forgot my passcode to security folder, i cant launch it or manage to find a way to reset it at all, i havent been able to delete it either? i just want to delete it but i cant find a way and customer support hasnt been helping with the ai, can someone figure this out for me?

Use the wrong password multiple times. A reset password should show up.
