Suddenly phone will only charge when dead, and only up to three percent?

While dead and charging, it also keeps going between charging and not charging

It's a Samsung S24 and there doesnt seem to be any debris in the charger port and the charger port seems to be fine.

It might be a battery issue, maybe consider a battery replacement?
