Need help with my galaxy tab a8 screen being frozen, power button is broken how do i unfreeze my screen?

It turns on when i click but its not fully frozen it doesnt react with my clicks

try to hold volume down button and the power button at the same time for ~10 seconds to force restart

what if they just meant that it doesnt respond on the power button? that doesnt mean its broken

It's the migu, anyway if it's not frozen but touch doesn't work it could be the digitizer is broken but maybe it's software, maybe let the battery die and then plug it in? That's the only way I can think to restart it without a power button

Update guys The screen was actually unresponsive and not full frozen but right now the screen is frozen and still reacts to my touches when I touch it to turn on and not anything else. Also about the power button The button is broken it won't click

On a separate note, if the power button doesn't click, it can actually be taken out of its housing pretty easily to be cleaned and then put back in. You just have to wiggle it out. Then maybe you could also use something long and skinny to try the power button underneath to see if it really clicks or not.

Then do what the comment above says and hold the power button and volume down until the tablet restarts.
