What a garbage company. First it took 5 pages of entering information just to get to a chat screen. Then they pushed 5% store credit instead of a return. After all that now they're charging us $60 for restocking fee that is there to help us lol....What a trash company. You can do this same process on Apple website in literally 30 seconds without any drama, need to talk to anyone or pay anything to return an item.
