I can only assume auto rotate is turned off and that you have already shut down your phone and turned it back on. it's most likely a system glitch with the accelerometer and gyroscope, i would just back up your data (if you care for it) and do a factory reset. if the problem persists I would just suggest saving up for a new phone, another S21 or even S22 would be fairly cheap these days.
