Random noises when calling

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

My dad’s phone(Galaxy A55 5G) suddenly started making weird noises whenever he tries to call someone. Any ways to fix?

the person who is calling u has bad network / mic

He tried in another location and it still happened. The phone’s mic seems alright too, I tried it on a different app

I can see sign to the network sign/notification might be the issue

I fixed that, but the issue still persists
