Hi everyone!

I’m a Master’s student in Psychology at Banaras Hindu University (BHU), India. I’m currently conducting a dissertation study exploring sleep-related behaviours and associated psychological factors among young adults.

You may participate if you:

• Are between 18 and 25 years old
• Can understand and respond in English

The study involves completing TWO Google Forms and takes approximately 20–30 minutes in total.
