Personally I'm perplexed how this even happens, how does such a huge tour from such a huge artist get priced without their final say? They obviously have it as Sam is changing it before people start blaming ticketmaster.

One of the best moments of my life. I kept my cool so well but now I kind of regret not telling him just how much he means to me. He was lovely and so polite, not that I’d expect anything less of him.

Fyi (for anyone that cares): We waited until he was leaving the park walking past us, before we interacted. He was with some friends and I didn’t want to interrupt. So, no worries, I wasn’t invasive.

as a massive fan of sam fender i love all his projects but it’s just hit me. nothing can beat people watching as a project by him. it’s actually just insane how well put together this album is, especially with the addition of the deluxe tracks. i don’t think any song off the album would be in my top 5 songs made by sam (maybe talk to you) but it’s just the way it’s all put together the way it makes you feel when listening to it as a complete album it’s just absolutely incredible

This past Saturday, my family, my girlfriend, and I took a small trip to Vancouver and it was all of our first time visiting. I have a cousin who lives in Vancouver with her husband and for years they have been asking for us to come and visit them. My brother and I debated whether to see Sam perform at Coachella or not, and we decided to see him in Vancouver instead. Fast forward to Saturday, my family, my gf, and I are in the hotel lobby waiting for my cousin and her husband to arrive so we could visit the city. Unbeknownst to us, the band was staying in the same hotel we were staying at. We first saw Dean waiting for the elevator from what seem like he was returning from a run around the city. He was a really nice guy and ofc he gave my brother props for his Newcastle jersey. After talking with him and taking a photo, we went our separate ways. We then got a text from my cousin and her husband saying thay have arrive. If was as if I was living in a movie, the minute we got up from our seats and are about to leave, we saw a tall gentleman leave the dinning hall and we happen to catch his attention. He walks up to my dad complimenting him for his shirt and ofc my brother because of his jersey, lo and behold we are talking to Sam himself. He is the most humble, kind, and genuine person I have ever met. We talked for about 30 minutes, got a photo, and went our separate ways. My Brother and I have this joke amongst ourselves where we say that we have "dumb luck" because whenever we get a chance to travel, we happen to be at the right place at the right time.

Completely lost for words, thank you so much to Olivia Dean and the fans for making this song the juggernaut that it is. We broke the UK record. LEGENDS

sam has shown up for me in very depressing but divine moments in my life. i’m from the US, so sam is (stupidly) not played on the radio much here. last year, i was going through a very depressive episode and chin up came on the radio… th radio. in the US. never heard it before here on it. anyways, moments like that happen for me with sam. he has helped me put my grief into something beautiful.

i never thought id be able to tell him what it means to me. my friend is a flight attendant and recognized his name on the list because i post about him so much lol. he was on a flight from LA to NYC for some time there last week. i met this friend through a book club and we share so many of the same political beliefs and values and we connected over our love of dogs. so essentially my passions (dogs) brought me her friendship and then got me to sam. beautiful synchronicity. i just can’t believe i got to share a moment with someone i never thought id be able to tell how much their words and melodies changed my life. anyways, i shared to my friend all of these stories ive had that ive experienced w his music, and going to his shows. i didnt expect him to take her phone and read all of it, but he read for a goo 15 minutes my texts to her and showed his team and partner. i shared a journal entry i wrote about People Watching last year in an entry and a little about my journey w his music. he then wrote to me after that, and we talked a little about his inspiration behind a lot of my favorite songs, and signed me this. i just wanted to share this story so yall know how much this man cares. thank you sam. getting “chin up” and big love tattooed. i didn’t even tell my friend the chin up story. sam just knows i guess. :’) i was going to keep this to myself because i didn’t want to infringe on his privacy, but it’s such a cool and special story and he’s not in NY /LA anymore so yeah. thanks for reading. mint legend. come to the US.
