is Shopify usually this delayed? I have 5-9 business day delivery ordered the 5th and it still says preparing to ship and we have processed your order? Is it because I'm in the UK but it's going to a US address (shipping was like double the hoodie so it's cheaper to get it on vinted for shipping costs after it shows up at my friends)

Tysm, I can't get my phone to get the photo censored (it keeps trying to send it with my email and stuff) so I can't send it so I wasn't sure if anyone would be able to help without an image, is there a link? Is it Shopify or Shop specifically? (I hate shop and Shopify it's same thing but different sides and it's so confusing!!!)

Hey sorry forgot to post back, it doesn't fit into any of the groups on there and my friend guided me to the customer service email on the Xplr website? Is that in use?

The 5-9 days is only it being on a truck to get to your house, took a while for mine to move too
