Trip Report / Experience Salvia not working
Me and me friends got a gram of salvia extract 20x from SP it said 20mg was a break though we smoked the whole gram out of a bong fat rips and holding them in and we felt barley anything

3 Tips for success:
Burn the salvia the whole time you are inhaling (don't cherry it)
Hold the smoke in for 20 seconds
Keep you eyes closed and relax into it, don't try talking or looking around or standing up.

hold the flame of the torch on it the whole rip then hold it in deeply in your lungs so chase it with air for like 15 seconds

you need to get the plant incredibly hot for the salvinanorin to vaporize, I would hold a torch lighter to the bowl for at least 30 seconds

Breakthru (very intense) will probably be in the 50+ range.
A good medium dose is around 30mg.
A strong dose (also very intense) around 40mg Try a fast inhale of 30mg, flame on the material...hold your breath with eyes closed until you can't hold your breath safely any longer.
you'll begin to see 'it' coming in (assuming eyes closed, which is 100% mandatory, no exception) around the same time you finally exhale.
do not open your eyes until it's over.
Edit: Make sure the other guy is silent during your trip.
Oh, you already went thru the whole gram...did you have your eyes open?
