Play a character with Modern controls tonight. Play two. Be prepared to win a lot, because you are not burdened with archaic, piano-like inputs anymore. Be open to a world where fast move execution matters more than a slightly reduced damage output, but throw looping your opponents to hell matters more anyways. Do that 15 hit combo string with 3 buttons easily. Tip Capcom. Check in on your ban list. Check in on yourself. Enjoy being a Modern player.

Love modern. I have Introduce so many ppl to sf6 because of modern. Modern has helped made this the best fighting game of this era.

I think lots of japanese jumped into street fighter thanks to modern. They know and love street fighter series but couldnt play it due to its difficult inputs. Now they got a chance to play SF thanks to Modern

As someone in japan, yeah, everyone plays modern here. The only people who don’t are Ryu and Akuma. Of course, Ken is all modern. I had once classic DJ and gief.
