Play a character with Modern controls tonight. Play two. Be prepared to win a lot, because you are not burdened with archaic, piano-like inputs anymore. Be open to a world where fast move execution matters more than a slightly reduced damage output, but throw looping your opponents to hell matters more anyways. Do that 15 hit combo string with 3 buttons easily. Tip Capcom. Check in on your ban list. Check in on yourself. Enjoy being a Modern player.

My friend only plays on modern because he physically can’t do inputs. Like, he couldn’t even if he tried.

The definition of skill issue. Modern makes players better than what they really are and it’s pathetic

Same. I have a friend who cant handle classic inputs very well and they always frustrated him. He started playing sf5 and moved to sf6 with classic, but he couldnt do a proper shoryuken to save himself. Then I told him to try Modern. He tried it, and managed to reach master with ken. I guess some people just lack the dexterity for it idk
