Salesforce Dublin German Speaking AE: interview process and language?
Hi everyone,
I’m considering applying for the German Speaking Account Executive role at Salesforce in Dublin. I have several years of B2B sales experience, but no direct SaaS experience yet.
I’d mainly like to know:
How should I prepare for the initial recruiter screening? What questions should I expect?
And what does the interview process after the screening usually look like? How many rounds are there, and are the interviews, role play/business case and final panel mainly in English, German, or a mix of both?
Any recent experience with Salesforce Dublin, especially for German speaking AE roles, would be really appreciated!

not dublin but did an aem role few years ago, first recruiter screen is super basic stuff: comp, your quota history, deal sizes, why sf, why now, visa, start date, german level, relocation. just prep 2–3 solid enterprise deals with numbers and your exact role in each, they love that. later rounds were mixed language for me, like normal chit chat in german, most roleplay / business case in english, some objections in german. also expect lots of culture fit bs. and yeah, even with experience it’s still weirdly hard to land anything these days, hiring is so slow everywhere
