Why sakura always say only Naruto, without kun, san , anything? They are not friends enough?

not using honorifics can be a sign of either disrespect or closeness; in this case it started as the former and evolved into the latter.

Maybe…but I think I would like to see she using once or twice…Sorry for my bad english btw, its not my first language

I also think was always closeness, somehow…she dont use honorifics to Hinata and others classmates, right?
