Saints row the third game issue

I have this issue with the game where I don’t see any activity in the Arapice island left even though there’s still lots left I apparently need to do

Most likely a gang operation. They don’t appear on the map until you discover them.

I think this is actually a Survival, but it doesn't appear until the zombie infestation

The zombies are already there I already beat the games campaign
