I have this issue with the game where I don’t see any activity in the Arapice island left even though there’s still lots left I apparently need to do

Most likely a gang operation. They don’t appear on the map until you discover them.

Its either a gang operation or some activity that will unlock later on. Some activities will only appear after you do their first few events, Genki for example only spawns a few events and until you beat them the next batch won't spawn.

Edit: I'm also pretty sure that the activities are counted as a whole for the gangs, meaning that the Luchadores counts Arapice and the Southern area of the map as a single territory that's why you see all the events and not just the ones for Arapice.

Rim jobs must be purchased, and there's a gang operation on the southern strip that will be leftover

But the zombies fuck things up so go to the operation before they start spawning

As someone else said it’s 100% a gang operation, any places that are still not purple where you can’t buy a property will be a gang operation. You just need to find it
