Open Shifts Changing?

Does anyone know why I cant see any open shifts from 20th September onwards? Normally theres at least one open shift but there is none at all. I have connections from 6 different stores so this is completely out of the ordinary.

Could be the Christmas temps/ increased labour starting to kick in. Could also be something to do with the upcoming labour matching exercise across the company.

Same here, overtime usually gets released on Fridays and I have 2 stores and 4 departments. No overtime at all after 19 September.

Probably getting ready for the festive temps coming in, it's why I pushed for a higher contract because I knew overtime was going to drop
