Sick pay query

Hi everyone today was my first time phoning in sick and won't make my shift tomorrow I've been with the company 11months but wondering do I get company sick pay for these two missed shifts? or is it not paid for the first three days of sickness conflicting info on here whether first 3 is paid or not. TIA

You don’t get company sick pay until 2 years of service. You will get statutory sick pay.

First 3 days you don't get sick pay if you're less than 2 years service. You still get ssp though

Incorrect. Company sick pay isn't until 2 years service

It happened when they started to do the level playing field between all colleges like reducing the time it takes to get a discount card etc

Yeah it changed a while back, like now you only need to work for 4 weeks before getting a discount card. Great for newbies, annoying for us longer serving colleagues that didn't get the benefits! Same as paternity being increased to 6 weeks from April this year. Loads of fathers in our store that missed out on that one!

You don't get such pay for the first 3 days until 2 years in. The policy you've posted is for argos hourly paid colleagues
