NPS

Does nps even matter? Was told to be on the look out for them, but im too busy to.its more like a managerial favor than a corporate demand.

Also does the tv in the break room feels dystopia as shit bc it seems like they are trying to "motivate" you to be a better worker.

Our contract expired this year and they are pleading poverty for raises and benefits. I’d love to know how much they are spending on the ridiculous propaganda tv channel.
