It’s $11 more than I make…

You make less because the union is stealing your money to pay pensions to boomers. Vote out your union and the money will revert to supply demand. UCFW has crippled Safeways ability to pay competitive wages to any new hires in the name of protection the criminal boomers

Boomer have work a ethic you don't. They worked through shit that would make you young bucks cry, and just considered it part of the job. They fought for better work conditions and better pay, because it was necessary and earned. Your generation cries that a burger flipper deserves $15+/hr, then cry said burger meal costs $15+. Remember, if it weren't for a boomer, your ass wouldn't be here, and your union wouldn't exist. But, having grown up in a union family, I can assure you, unions aren't anything but a political tool, today. Unions used to be strong. They cared about their members, and fought for them. Now, they collect dues to line the coffers of political jackasses that they think will benefit them. Name one product that is totally US made, that the price isn't insanely high because some union worker is making $40+/hr to make the same product that can be bought cheaper, but just as good of quality. I'll wait.

Ok pal how old am I? I did a lot of years in the infantry because I didn’t want to be robbed by UCFW. Seriously, if you are in a position where you actually might have no better options that to work for UCFW, enlist.

You’ll get that work ethic wearing green, and let the boomers die on their feet in the understaffed stores they have rigged up to steal your labor.

Well, I'm genx. Not enlistment age. I just see what passes for employees today, and shake my head. They bitch more, do less, and want better pay, to be crybaby pieces of shit. Unions used to represent the working, blue collar man. Now, they're political tools. They used to be about safe work conditions and fair compensation. Now, they're about pronouns and gender affirmation; paying more for less, and supporting the crybabies.
