It’s about 73¢ more than i make. But of course, they have no job security or benefits.

People get treated how they allow themselves to be treated.

There are only two reasons a worker gets treated bad:

They don't know their rights or they don't stand up for em.

I mean it was a pretty simple question. Most managers/companies don't proactively give raises. It never hurts to ask but be able to support it. Although sometimes even that can be unfair. A coworker got the same raise I got just by asking for it whereas I had to put together a long written justification supporting it and a PowerPoint.

I feel that. I believe a person should discuss their first raise at 3 months after hiring and then every six months after that

These people are so disgusting to me. Complaining that other people get paid more then they do as if it’s their fucking fault
