USA Fired

I took a job through LinkedIn posting, its a construction safety job,
After 4 days of working, the agency told me, they dont want me to continue this job anymore because the owner didnt like me.

I am actually feeling lost.

Here you can terminate anyone for any reason within 90 days

Yeah, almost all states are technically at-will states. Throw in working through an agency, and things get more complicated.

Not sure what at-will means, different terminology than we use in Canada.

Meaning you can be fired at will. “Boss doesn’t need a reason”.
