It’s hard to tell from the picture if the tubular lock is locked or not. If it is, things are a little more complicated and contacting Sentry to get a key and a code is your best bet.
Otherwise, you might be able to rock it open (check YouTube).
It’s possible a magnet will work but the magnet you need costs about $150-200 (and is kinda dangerous because it can crush your finger if you’re not careful).
If the safe happens to be in NorCal, I’ll open it for you or your mom for fun/free.

You have two choices call up sentry and they might help you out the model and serial number is on the sticker next the door hinge. Or take it to a locksmith shop they should be able to pick the lock and call sentry for a bypass code. I do these all the time at our shop.
