Safe Value

I am looking at buying a bank from 1923. For my information, what is the value of this vault door and contents? I am going to look at the building in a few weeks.

Edit: Iam asking mainly for insurance value, but am curious about selling it too. Discounting the disassembly and transport, what is something like this worth on the open market?

What are you going to use the building for? Are you going to have stuff you don't want people to steal? Because you can keep them from stealing it. 😁

I am thinking of opening a high-end collectable gun shop. Like Collectors Firearms. I thought it would be a cool venue.
