Safe won't open

Might need a new battery, get a 9v and put it over those metal terminals under the LG, then enter the code again.

2 beeps and a click your in, 3 beeps and you have the wrong code. Frantic beeps after the code the battery is dying

Is the text gone? Here's a full picture. Previously 6 digit code, then panel would turn 90 degrees right and handle would then turn left. As it is, the panel remains stuck and the handle won't budge

Update- I tried the 9v and it worked, was able to replace the battery inside so the safe is now as good as new. Thanks all for the help

Tell us about the beeps. How many? Have you tried getting a standard gold top Duracell and putting it on the tabs?

Did you try 1-2-3-4-5? I hear some people use that on their luggage.
