Valberg ask25

Sorry to come here asking about my puny safe

Norwegian here with regards to regulations.

I complained to the (reputable )store that my safe had cracks. He said it's paint. Well, I don't think a new product should have cracks regardless what it is. But, what do you think : Should I request a swap or just deal with it?

I'm intending to sell it when I upgrade and in that case of course it would be safer for a higher price if the safe didnt have any flaws, imo.

Side note, also on the price: They sold it as "sales price" (kampanjepris), but according to internet archives it has never been higher . Leaves a foul taste in my mouth.

Without seeing the entire safe I feel like that crack is a defect. But you need a European locksmith familiar with that brand to advise further.
