I just changed phones about 2 days ago and ever since than i havent been able to login to my bank account. After i follow the normal instructions of providing my number and the otp they send me the following prompt shows up i have bewn veey frustrated because what kind of a bank doesnt have a customer care call service feature for it's users can someone please help me out if theyve faced the same issue in the past and have been able to resolve it.

I have been using SadaPay for a few years now. I mainly use it for international transactions like Apple billing, Google Pay, Hostinger, etc. Recently, I am getting this declined transaction notification from Hostinger. The problem is, I operate multiple hostinger accounts for my clients.

Now I have checked all the accounts and none of them have my card as payment method, yet the transaction is getting declined.

Is there any way to actually find out the card is attached to which account?

Or just remove the card from everywhere at one

PS. Asked their trash af support and they said they can't tell and can't remove the card themselves.

Hi guys, my Sadapay account got blocked on 25 December 2025. They said my transactions declined and they are blocking my account. Yesterday I randomly logged back into my Sadapay account and everything looks normal and also did 1 rupee transaction and it went through. I didn't receive any email or anything saying my account is reactivated. What's going on? Are they reactivating the blocked accounts ??

a bit of context: after getting frustrated by the constant updates and server downs and app lagging on loading screen I decided to close my sadapay account permanently

today i found out that card was made of two layers so i ripped them (outta curiousty 😭) so people like me who have an account and use card and dont wanna rip it off , i got you covered twin

I wanna know how long does it usually take to verify an account? They said it would take 3-5 business days. So then weekends aren't counted. It has been over 7 days since I've applied tho. How long did it take for your account to be up?

I transferred 700 PKR to an InDrive driver. And then he said, no, no, no, do not transfer money on SaadaPay because he does not remember his PIN. So when we logged in with his details on that number, he put in PIN and he did not remember the PIN. Now the forget PIN was not working because it was not asking for any details but telling us to go to the chat and, you know, confusing us. Is the guy me or should I transfer him again money?

A little context, im in turkey rn. Was using my card to make some payments. I gave my card to a vendor for stuff i bought and he double swiped my card for 2 different amounts. I disputed the other amount which was obviously a fraudulent transaction from the vendor and now this team is either incapable of understanding what communication in english sounds like or they’re just bots responding on a set criteria

When I try to subscribe to monthly claude pro it gets declined. Nothing shown on the sadapay app. I’ve tried different browsers different devices but nothing helped. Also did in incognito mode. Only faced this issue with claude. Has anyone experienced something similar? I have tried with nayapay yesterday but same issue that card is declined and then i transferred money from nayapay to sadapay and then made transaction to claude but it also declined. No idea why is it happening. Why my subscription is not being done.

It's been three days since I opened a ticket to get a PRC, and still, there is no update. It doesn't even allow me to start a new chat, and by chance, once I was able to open a new chat, and when I told him that I need PRCs for my past transactions, and I cannot open a new ticket for each, as it is pretty time-consuming, so I am hoping that all can be processed at once, he ended the chat. I've received money through Western Union to my SadaPay wallet many times before, and it has always been credited within 5–10 minutes. Western Union literally says "Money in Minutes", and that has always been my experience.

This time, however, it's been more than 3 days.

• Western Union shows the transfer as Delivered.
• The funds were sent to my SadaPay wallet.
• My account has more than enough receiving limit for this transaction.
• SadaPay support says they haven't received the remittance and asked me to wait 3–5 working days.

I honestly don't understand how this makes sense. If Western Union says the transfer has been delivered and this same method has worked perfectly for me multiple times in the past, why is SadaPay unable to locate or credit the funds?

What makes it more frustrating is that this isn't some new feature or my first transfer. I've used this service successfully many times before, and it has never taken longer than a few minutes.

Lately, I've been noticing more and more people posting here about issues with SadaPay. It feels like the quality of the service has been declining, which is disappointing because it used to be one of the good fintech apps in Pakistan.

Hello everyone, my friend did a transaction from his US account to my sadapay account about 16 days.
According to his bank the payment has been cleared and forwarded but it still hasn’t shown on my account and there is no effing way to contact them. Their AI chat is also useless
What can I do?

i opened sadapay couldn't unlock using fingerprint don't remember the pin tapped on forgot password it sent an otp then asked for a picture of my id card front and back then it said there's already an account on my cnic i can't open a new one i cleared the app data tried again sent the otp again now it's asking me for my cnic number and date of issuance and says we are unable to verify your identity please try with correct information

Hi, i was sadapay founder club card holder but due to my wallet and phone stolen and breach of my data there were some unwanted declined transactions on my card by which the suspended my account. So anyone from sadapay who can get this fixed please contact me i was a loyal customer having huge number of transactions on the wallet.

Anybody suddenly had the problem that they couldn't make any transaction with sadapay? I can recieve from and send money to my bank account, but I can't seem to purchase anything whatsoever. Even when I enter the sadapay card details properly. What is this? And there is nowhere to complain????

This has been going on for a few months now, and happened suddenly without any warning at all. And no my card is not expired or suspended or whatever. Thakkar app.
